·       Dr Francis Atambi; completed his PhD in 1999. The title of his PhD Thesis was Economic Diplomacy in Nigeria’s Foreign Policy.

·       Dr Jolaade Adedoyin Omede completed her PhD in 1999. The title of her PhD Thesis was Threat and Military Capabilities: A Nigerian Case Study.
